As soon as I met the Lord Mayor, Councillor Jackie Morris, it was evident this ball had to be spectacular….and it was! We had Indian Drummers, a Barbershop Quartet, a Jazz Trio and Chinese Lion Dancers. All the guests arrived in period dress and embraced the theme of the night brilliantly…I loved every minute of working on this project!
I met Sandra at a charity event I attended in my role as Lord Mayor 2015 and instantly fell in love with the unusual decorations she had made; I asked Sandra if she would do the table decorations for my charity event, the first Lord Mayors Charity Ball in 20 years, so I waslooking for something quite spectacular.Sandra jumped on board straight away and was totally committed to working with us in the planning and organisation of it. Not only did she provided stunning centerpieces for our 1920’s themed ball, she helped us deliver a fabulously sucessful event while raising much needed funds for my choosen charities.
